Project Description
Goosebumps Bakery partnered with SustainGroup to install a SUSTAIN STORAGE™ containerised battery energy storage system (BESS) at their state-of-the-art production hub in Blackheath, Cape Town.
Housed in a 40 ft ISO-engineered container, the system integrates a 500 kW ATESS PCS inverter and 1,003 kWh high-voltage LFP batteries from IES. This turnkey solution ensures dependable backup power, peak-shaving, and energy optimisation, enabling Goosebumps to maintain uninterrupted operations while reducing their carbon footprint.
